Gourmet Cream of Broccoli Soup
October 10, 2007
Broccoli was on sale this week and so I decided to try my hand at making this creamy and delicious soup, perfect for cool autumn evenings. I cut down on the cooking time by steaming the broccoli in GLAD SimplyCooking microwave steam bags beforehand and also used 3/4 of the stems. Very tasty recipe, nice thick but not too thick consistency as you can see by my trusty wooden spoon test.
